Jacksonville's AI Nerd

I help Jacksonville businesses put AI to work this week.

Phones answered. Leads followed up. Repetitive work handled in the background. Your business showing up when people ask AI who to call.

"There are going to be two types of companies in this country. Those who are great at AI and those who used to be in business."

Mark CubanTBPN · August 20, 2025

That line matters to me. But I'm not here to scare you with it.I'm here to help you do something about it.

What I Build

01

Stop missed calls

If your phone rings and nobody answers, that's money walking out the door. I build AI receptionists that answer, qualify, book, text, email, and know when a real human needs to step in.

02

Fix the work between the work

Lead follow-up. Intake. Reminder flows. Form handoffs. Calendar handoffs. Internal tasks nobody wants to do but everybody depends on. That's where a lot of businesses leak time and money. I fix that.

03

Show up when people ask AI who to call

People are already asking ChatGPT and other AI tools who they should call in Jacksonville. I help your business earn a better shot at being one of the answers.

I'm a third-generation Jacksonville native. My family has been here since 1914. I've been deep in AI since December 2022, and I've pretty much organized my life around one thing: figuring out what is real, what is hype, and what actually helps a business run better.

I pick up the phone. I show up at your office. I build the thing. I make sure it works.

How This Usually Starts

Not with a giant transformation plan.
Not with a six-month software project.
Usually with one bottleneck.

Missed calls. Slow follow-up. Too much admin. Too much living in your inbox. The feeling that the whole business is riding around in your head and if you stop moving, everything jams up.

We pick one useful thing first. We build it. You see it work. Then we decide if we keep going.

What This Looks Like When It's Working

🏥

A medical or dental office

After-hours calls stop dying in voicemail. New patients get a real response. Common questions get handled. The office staff gets their mornings back.

🔧

A home-service business

The call gets answered while the owner is on a job. The lead gets captured. The text goes out. Nobody has to choose between doing the work and answering the phone.

⚖️

A law office or professional firm

The intake gets organized. The repetitive questions get handled. The sensitive stuff still goes to a real person. The professionals stay focused on the work that actually needs them.

No agenda. No pitch. Just coffee and an honest conversation about AI and your business. If all you want is a straight answer about where to start, that's a good use of the hour.

Starting June 1, the summer time shifts to 1:30–2:30 PM.

As Seen on Jacksonville TV

Ackerman Cancer Center

Fred appears in this television commercial for Ackerman Cancer Center, currently airing across Jacksonville stations.

The Story

In 1997, an AOL disc showed up on our kitchen table in Mandarin. I was 14. I watched the internet change the world and I was too young to do anything about it. I watched the dot-com boom. Missed that too.

Then ChatGPT hit in December 2022 and I knew I wasn't missing a third wave.

I went all the way in. Nights. Weekends. By March 2023, I had 4 paid ChatGPT accounts and 4 paid Claude accounts because I kept hitting the limits. I built an AI receptionist from scratch. I sat through bleeding-edge AI demos at Ackerman Cancer Center. I built a community here in Jacksonville because I looked around and nobody was doing this for small business owners the way it needed to be done.

When something doesn't exist and I think it should, I build it.

The Person Behind the Work

I spent nine years volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House here in Jacksonville. Hundreds of visits. They gave me their Earth Angel Award. My dad practiced law in this community for decades. He carried the Olympic torch through North Florida in 1996.

I'm a single dad to a five-year-old who thinks we're building unicorn games together on the computer. We are. I'm a man of faith.

I use AI so I can be at my daughter's school play on a Tuesday. That is what I am selling. Not AI. Time back.

I'm not a consultant from somewhere else. I grew up here. My daughter is growing up here. When I put my name on something, it means something.
